Fit is ok but the plastic lenses keep falling out when you either remove it from the bike or when removing the case when you want to charge it. MIght be overkill these little plastic lenses ontop of the lens protector pack.

I purchased the Security Tag Holder and I received in a timely manner. I went to install it on my SL7 Tarmac and found out the supplied mounting bolts were not long enough to engage into the frame if you intend use both a bottle cage and the tag holder. I would assume most people would want to keep both bottle cages in lieu of the tag holder if forced to make a choice. I decided to check the reviews for this product and low and behold, there was a review from July '22 complaining about the same issue. So I reached out to Cycliq support asking if they now had longer bolts if needed. Their reply was nope if you need longer bolts you are on your own. Ok I thought pretty poor response but I'll just go to my local hardware store and purchase two new bolts. Not so easy because of being metic and a somewhat unique size. I'll order some online. The shipping for two $.05 bolts was more than the cost of the security holder. So I reached out to customer service again asking if I could return. Sure but with shipping and required insurance cost was again more than the original cost of the holder. The security holder went into the garbage. It's a shame that Cyclig didn't add longer bolts for a few extra cents way back when they knew they had a problem. Poor product and poor service. PS I tried to rate this product after I wrote this on their provided scale and the least rating it allows you to give is above average. Figures I would not recommend this product to anyone that intends to use with a bottle cage.

If you have a problem with the device, getting help was a struggle. The Fly6 Gen 3 was delivered defective (wouldn’t clip in flush vertical) and multiple email exchanges were a delay to the ultimate fix, which was a return of the defective item. I was instructed to show them various ways to prove it was defective, which was pointless as I’ve bought one of these in the past and knew I couldn’t fix a manufactured defect that ultimately just needed to be replaced. If you want to return the item you almost resort to begging as they don’t provide the address for return and an RMA# readily. Additionally you have to pay for shipping and they take a 3% restocking fee. It took me over 3 weeks with multiple email exchanges and ultimately with me sending emails to multiple departments to get the response I needed and finally get the return.

Lens protector never arrived. Message about it has been tottaly ignored it's been a many days still no answer. When i been purchasing the bundle (include the protector) i get prompt answer. Now jus still waiting for the solution!
