“If you have a problem with the device, getting help was a struggle. The Fly6 Gen 3 was delivered defective (wouldn’t clip in flush vertical) and multiple email exchanges were a delay to the ultimate fix, which was a return of the defective item. I was instructed to show them various ways to prove it was defective, which was pointless as I’ve bought one of these in the past and knew I couldn’t fix a manufactured defect that ultimately just needed to be replaced. If you want to return the item you almost resort to begging as they don’t provide the address for return and an RMA# readily. Additionally you have to pay for shipping and they take a 3% restocking fee. It took me over 3 weeks with multiple email exchanges and ultimately with me sending emails to multiple departments to get the response I needed and finally get the return.”
“Lens protector never arrived. Message about it has been tottaly ignored it's been a many days still no answer. When i been purchasing the bundle (include the protector) i get prompt answer. Now jus still waiting for the solution!”
“I don't get a chance to try it as it doesn't fit on my bike (not round bar) it is just wobble the holder is soo cheep made(for the price) I am actually afraid that the camera will just fall off. The holder is made under the angle aiming to the right side (i get why probably )but still not sure if it is faulty or all of them are made like that. I am seriously disappointed as i really need camera for the security reasons.”
“Have had continual problems with Bluetooth connectivity. CS has made great attempts to help, but wasn't able to resolve the issue. CS is reluctant to provide telephone assistance, citing time zone differences. That would be up to me to contact in your local time zone. The device should connect to Garmin products via ANT. Accessing the device from a phone, which is kept in a pocket, is not very practical. Accessing it from a handlebar-mounted Garmin is more convenient. For the cost of the device I would not recommend this product to others.”
“The new case appears to have been fitted well. The unit works as it did before I send it away. It's a shame the battery could not be renewed at the same time.”
