“I originally ordered the smaller version of the backpack and it was shipped quickly! However, I realized the larger would be better suited for my size (5'8") so I did an exchange and am so happy. I've used this backpack multiple times for trips, bike rides to the store, etc. I love the pockets and the grey color is so nice and is aging well. “I've been pretty strict on not going out and about during quarantine times, so i haven't had a chance to have any adventures with my day owl. But my impression is that It's very well built and structured. I love the deep main pocket with the fully unzippable front because i leave it on its back unzipped on my desk so i can just grab what i need easily (charger cables, pens, etc) and easily zip it up and move to the couch. I was eyeing it for a year and was thinking it'd be awesome on my travels,e specially has my carry on bag so i can access my kindle or headphones or notebook easily. But for now, I'm using it as a house bag”

“Pocket layout is exceptional. Unfortunately the straps are very short and uncomfortable. It’s to the point that I can’t use the straps at all. The top handle is still great, but the shoulder strap design is a big drawback.”
