“I am coming to the end of my first month, so it's still too early to say much in terms of permanent changes. However, I have been noticing improvements after about 7-10 days of taking my daily dose. I definitely struggle with bloating, upset stomach and diarrea (on anf off) for now, but I have been reassured that it is perfectly normal, nothing to worry about and a good sign that synbiotic duo-cap is definitely working. Despite not always feeling my most comfortable self due to changes and simptoms, I have felt a huge improvement in terms of difficult digestions, bowel movement regularity and energy levels. Pleasantly surprised with how much better my morning energy levels are, and how I don't seem to plummet mid-morning and mid-afternoon anymore. I was not looking for changes in my skin, but I have become excited to see how much further the improvements may go. My rosacea looks slightly less "angry" (I know this is way too early for the skin condition to change), and my face looks more vibrant and fresh. I have always been into healthy eating, but these changes are making it easier for me to become midful of my eating habist and it's become easier to not cheat (me and sugar... we have an intense love affair), so I think the improvements that the synbiotic duo-cap bring about indirectly become strong foundations and motivations for consistant better choices on the daily. I am looking forward to the rest of the journey!”
