“I was dubious about trying the duo cap i did research for weeks and read the reviews and follow em and her reviews were very good
so I decided to subscribe.
For years I have suffered with many symptoms bloating ,stomach pains after eating and chronic constipation .
I have had every test going over last few years medically to find out why I suffer so badly with my symptoms .
All my test came back normal and I was pleased as I had no medical conditions to worry about but I still had them and was anxious and depressed as I needed answers to just feel normal
The latest test was a marker transit through the intestines which showed slow transit basically
at least this showed up after several recalls back for scans
The answer was the same as I’ve been taking for years laxative prescribed by GP for daily relief ( but only for the constipation) not the pains after eating
I was spectacle to take the duo cap but as I have tried most things one more option couldn’t hurt
I have taken for 1 month now and to my absolute amazement no bloating no pain after eating that was noticeable after couple of days and constipation has eased and only take my prescription laxatives once a week but I do think as my body gets used to the duo cap I hope I may not take the laxatives at all in future.
The next 2 months can only get better and to be honest I really feel so much better and don’t think about bloating when I go to bed worrying about the next day what clothes to wear how will my tummy be in the morning and will I get cramps when I eat the cap works for me and I’ve tried lots of remedies lots of other things on the market medications from Gp ax well
so what’s in these little magical caps are amazing so all I can say is I am absolutely over the moon with them and will continue to have my subscription”

“After a few days I noticed things INITIALLY got worse, but then I received an update that for those with the worst gut health, this can be quite normal and that things would improve.
