“The tablets are easy to take and 6 months in I am noticing a difference. I have a very sensitive stomach and I suspect that I had leaky gut however after taking these it doesn’t react to food and drink. My only negative is the price but I understand they are the best quality so I have now started taking them every other day which seems to work fine for me.”

“I have used liquid gut pre/pro biotics before which are quite effective but difficult to manage when travelling (due to fridge storage etc). The capsules are so easy to travel with, one before breakfast and that’s it. I have had IBS for years and severe bloating. I still get bloated but I think I bloat easily from any food. I don’t have any pain from my IBS since taking synbiotic.”

“Initially I felt amazing then I’ll be honest, some nausea happened but as they were side effects mentioned on the website, I stayed calm. And thankfully it went within less than a week. Im only a week in but I’ve felt great, I feel a lot less bloated, I’ve been able to eat things that I’ve always be sensitive with. And there was no acid reflux or bloating, it was shocking. There’s still a long way to go as I’ve had a very long journey with my gut, but so far, I’m very impressed! And excited to see where I’ll be in 3 months time!”
