I loved doing this course! I enjoyed how I could do it at my own pase and there was no upward time limit. I had some personal issues meaning I needed to take abreak from studying but the course was still there when I was ready. The text book, questions and resources are easy to follow and I like how you have online options as well as the physical book. I would highly recommend this course!

As a stay at home mom with a toddler, this program was beneficial because I get to move at my own pace. I started when my baby was small and it helped me stay informed because there’s soooo much info out there. Google always isn’t our best friend when it comes to health and best practices. I highly recommend this program!

since starting my journey with GGS I have been unindated with support tools to not only complete my qualification with such confidence but continue to expand my knowledge and to ensure my clients are getting the most knowledgable and experienced version of me. The continued support after my qualification has been excellent, i've never known another company in this industry to offer so much great advice and support POST qualification. We are all learning everyday and every day in the gym with my clients is another day of experience. I could never have done it or been this equipped without the GGS team! Thank you, I can not sing your praises or recommend you enough! Xx
