“As a health and fitness educator and new mom, I was very passionate about training the prenatal and postpartum clients. After finishing this comprehensive certification course, I feel well equipped and even more excited to serve this population. I am grateful for the self-paced aspect because I myself had another baby while studying for this course. It took me about 3 years to complete since I took many breaks.”

“I am a UK based trainer and had already held a Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Qualification before I signed up but the GGS certification completely surpassed that. Despite holding a relevant qualification, I lacked confidence in how to apply and deliver it. I think this was what set the GGS certification apart, as well as covering theory in detail it was really applied and practical. The trimester programming templates were invaluable as was the pelvic floor screening materials and really helped me provide more value to clients - it encouraged me to create a network of professionals around me whom I could signpost clients out to if there were issues outside of my scope of practice. I would honestly say it is one of the best CPD courses I have ever done. I loved that there were also options for learning. I am a very visual learner and like writing notes and drawing. Being able to watch the videos, write notes and then supplement it with the course book really helped cement the leanring. I feel that it has been valuable not only for my female clients but has improved my coaching generally. Its brilliant.”
Thank you so much, Jenny!
It’s fantastic to hear that the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification gave you the practical tools and confidence to deliver safe, effective programming for your clients. From the trimester templates to pelvic floor screening and building your professional network, it’s wonderful that the Certification enhanced both your coaching skills and the value you provide to clients.
We’re happy that the mix of videos, notes, and course materials helped cement your learning and improve your practice overall. Knowing it has benefited not only your female clients but also your coaching in general is incredibly rewarding.

“I learned about this certification from Meg Gallagher (Megsquats on social media). I purchased her prenatal program and felt super confident at the gym knowing what to do that I also wanted to be certified. They were so supportive and helpful with any and all questions I had.
I’ve learned so much about the body and how it changes during pregnancy that I’ve been able to provide information to my fellow friends confidently about how to work out during pregnancy and post partum.”
Thank you so much, Elina!
It’s wonderful to hear how the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification helped you feel confident both in the gym and as a coach.

We’re thrilled that the team could provide the support and clarity you needed throughout your learning journey.

“This program was incredibly valuable. I am a pilates instructor and after dealing with chronic pelvic pain personally, I wanted to have all the knowledge and tools to help my clients understand their pelvic floor. This program is peer-reviewed and encompasses the mental and emotional pieces, nutrition, as well as the physical pieces. I feel so confident helping my clients who are pregnant and postpartum as well as the ones who are neither but have pelvic floor issues. My last favorite thing about the course is how it encourages you to think more expansively, a skill that can help anyone working with people. 10/10 I recommend this course all the time, you’ll love it!”
Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, Paige.
Your experience with the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification highlights how evidence-based women’s health and fitness education can support both personal healing and professional growth, especially when pelvic health is part of the picture. Coming to this work as a Pilates instructor with lived experience, and then gaining peer-reviewed tools that address the mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical aspects of care, clearly shaped your confidence with pregnant, postpartum, and pelvic floor clients alike.
The way you described learning to think more expansively shows how deeply this program supported your growth. Feeling confident caring for such a wide range of clients, and doing so with intention and compassion, is something to be proud of and reflects the care you bring to your work every day.
