“As a first-time mom due in August and a passionate advocate for empowering women with better information and the support they deserve, I chose the Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach certification to deepen my knowledge—and I’m so glad I did.
The course offers a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to understanding the physical, mental, and emotional shifts that women go through during pregnancy and postpartum. I appreciated the science-backed information, the inclusive tone, and the overall emphasis on meeting women where they are. It’s clear that GGS genuinely cares about improving the landscape of women’s health and fitness, and that mission resonates deeply with me.
While some parts of the content felt a bit repetitive, I understood and appreciated that repetition—it helped reinforce key concepts and made me feel more confident in the material. That said, I would love to see the addition of a final comprehensive test to really challenge myself and assess my overall knowledge.
One of my favorite features is the course workbook—it’s incredibly useful for reinforcing key concepts, and I’ve found it helpful to return to again and again. I also love that I can revisit the online course material whenever I want, especially as I go through my own pregnancy journey and begin coaching others through theirs.
Overall, this certification has made me feel more prepared and confident in my ability to support women during one of the most transformative times in their lives. If you're someone who believes women deserve more clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care during pregnancy and beyond, this course is a great step in that direction.”
