“I love that this course is an actual textbook because they works better for my brain but also a website so I can access it out and about and of course see the videos. I'm not a fitness professional, just a mam with an interest who wanted to be able to get through pregnancy and recovery fully informed and box ticked! I am taking way too long to finish it but I'm using the kids as an excuse! I will finish though and probably look at signing up for the menopause cert as I move into that phase of life.”
