“With a degree in exercise science, I had limited information for training women during pregnancy and postpartum. We talked about this population, but for a short period. I feel so much more confident training my clients during their pregnancy and helping them postpartum as well. I am excited to use this information for myself as well in the future!”

“I enjoyed the coaching and behaviour changing cues that were given in the certificate. I liked that the client was put in the centre and we were encouraged to give autonomy to the people we are working with. There was also great tutorials on putting programmes together. As a Physiotherapist I feel this really helped improved my programming and exercise selection”
