This certification has been one of the most validating and clarifying educational experiences I’ve had in midlife health. What I appreciate most is that this course does not treat menopause as a narrow hormonal issue or a checklist of symptoms to fix. It approaches menopause as a whole-woman transition, grounded in solid science, lived experience, and compassion. As someone who has personally walked through years of confusion, misdiagnosis, and trial-and-error before finding balance, I felt deeply seen by the way this material is presented. The education is thorough, evidence-based, and practical without being rigid. It gives coaches the science they need while also emphasizing nuance, individuality, and context. I especially value how the course addresses the nervous system, lifestyle factors, strength training, nutrition, and mindset as interconnected pieces rather than isolated solutions. Another strength of this program is that it respects women’s intelligence. It does not oversimplify menopause, but it also does not overwhelm. The material builds in a way that increases confidence rather than creating fear, which is something so many women desperately need at this stage of life. This certification has strengthened not only my clinical understanding, but also my confidence as a coach walking alongside women in midlife. It reinforces the truth that menopause is not a failure of the female body, but a powerful transition that deserves informed support, patience, and respect. I would highly recommend this course to any coach, trainer, or health professional who wants to truly understand menopause and support women through it with clarity, credibility, and care.

Absolutely—here’s a warmer, more relaxed version: ⸻ I’m really enjoying the Menopause Specialist Coaching Certification through Girls Gone Strong. The course is thoughtfully put together, very professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work through. I especially love the positive, inclusive language they use throughout—it feels respectful, supportive, empowering and very aligned with how I want to show up for clients. What’s been especially valuable is how much I’m learning about myself while gaining a deeper understanding of what other women in this stage of life may be experiencing. Materials are very clear and well written, but have a personal touch as well. The personalized card in my text book makes me feel like I am not a number. I started mid February and managed 1-2 chapters a week, but due to already planned holidays only managed to finish end of May. The chapters are easy to read and the added materials in forms and cheat sheets in fantastic and very helpful. I cannot thank Molly and team enough for the elaborate videos which are so helpful! So glad I joined the Menopause Specialist Certification course and I signed up for Menopause Specialist Course Deep Dive! Wish me luck!

I love the GGS mission and the GGS1 certification is phenomenal! However, the add on certifications like the menopause cert are very overpriced and repetitive if you’ve done the GGS1. I flew through it because it was 80% review!! That was very disappointing to me at the price tag paid. I paid additional for the advanced menopause text and that had all the things I actually wanted and needed as a GGS1 graduate. However, having to pay EVEN MORE to get it made me feel a little duped by the marketing. Why wouldn’t this critical information on menopause be included in the certification text?? I think we all got pink taxed on this one. GGS, please consider a significant discount for your GGS1 graduates in good standing! No one wants to pay a hefty price tag for a review with just a touch of new content. And then have to pay even more for the real, good stuff we all thought we were getting up front. Super disappointing!
