I loved every page of this course! It was thorough and concise. I learned so much not only about my own personal journey but how to help others understand what they will be or are going through. The course was proffesionally written and I felt like I was attending a college level course. I loved being able to work at my own pace and they added videos were a nice break from the written text of the book. Shauna Davis turnnorthcoaching@gmail.com shaunadavis22@gmail.com

I am two chapters away from obtaining my certification. The process to sign up was easy. The materials came quickly and personalized. You are given as much time as you need to complete the certification - so no added stress to your already busy life. The information is thorough and straight forward. The science is explained in ways to easily understand. Real world examples are provided. The text book, work book and online resources give you everything you need to be successful. Whether you are a coach, someone who works out regularly, or someone who just wants to know more about menopause - this is the course for you!

Really enjoyed learning all about menopause through this cert, HOWEVER I do find it to cover just surface material, and I was left with little direction in how to actionably *help* women outside of being a listening ear and support. To me, the nutrition aspect was pretty basic and obvious. Probably good for someone who is not already working out. I’m a personal trainer and my clients *are* doing these things and still suffering, so I needed more. I wanted to learn more about EXACTLY what types of exercise (and how much) could trigger the body to burn fuel in a way a menopausal woman needs, is cardio really bad, how heavy, more on nutrition timing (not just lots of protein and fiber) and why, etc.

For now as I am at about 40% done of my certification program, I can tell that it’s almost perfect. Why I say almost? Maybe because I would like to see some more details on topics like anatomy, but that’s due to my personal interest on the argument.. and I’m not meaning anatomy in a boring and heavy professional way, but in a way that is applicable to what I’m doing as a coach. But I appreciate a lot all the references that you leave and sometimes I go to see some of them right away or I will do it later when my certification program will be finished. I do appreciate so much that you have sent us a physical book as I am feeling More comfortable studying with the paper reading a physical book and making physical notes on its pages . It’s a very cool thing. At the moment I’m not using enough your Facebook group but I’m going to do that when I will have some more questions along the way. But once I have asked a question, I got the answer just a few hours after appreciate so much that this group is really active and useful. So far, I am very happy with my studying experience.

The GGS team provides.comprehensive evidence based information and guidance for coaching those experiencing menopause. This is such an underserved population and it's been an important resource for me to support not only clients in this season of life, but to educate and prepare myself and others about to go through it as well. This certification importantly helps to destigmatize symptoms and experiences of this population as well.

I am currently undertaking the Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification. I have done courses before but I have to say this is fantastic. It's well written, easy to follow and provides the information you need to become a coach in this area. I have learnt so much about the subject and I am only half way through the certification. The best thing is that you can do it at your own pace with no presure which means its easy to wrap it around other commitments. I am excited to finish this certificate so I can put my learnings into practice. A thoroughly enjoyable experience which I can highly recommend!

I’m so happy I saw an Instagram ad a little less than a year ago and clicked on it! A course by women for women — true girl power! I’ve learned so much about myself, my body’s needs during menopause, the symptoms, and how to approach them. It has also given me tons of information and tools to finally launch my own coaching business for women. I had been thinking about it for quite a few years, but I never had the courage to start. The GGS Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification gave me exactly what I needed — and more. Most importantly, I love that the values promoted by GGS are fully in harmony with my own. That’s what first motivated me to buy the course, and the content and approach turned out to be just as great. I highly recommend this certification to everyone, even if it’s just for self-education.

After completing the Pre- and Postnatal Coaching Certification with Girls Gone Strong, I had high expectations for the Menopause Coaching Certification, and it’s already exceeding them. Even partway through, I’m impressed by how thorough, evidence-based, and client-centered the material is. I find myself constantly referencing back to my textbooks and understanding the information through new eyes as I continue to grow as a coach. The depth of knowledge and practical coaching strategies make me feel confident I’ll be even better equipped to support women through every stage of life. I highly recommend it to any coach who wants to level up their knowledge and impact.
