“I have a type of autoimmune arthritis and at night my joints really flare up but when I use this spray it really helps and it helps me sleep. Only downside was it did irritate my hands but I have sensitive skin so next time I'll buy the one for sensitive skin. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have tried other magnesium spray's, they left my skin sticky. This spray is light but highly effective. I have slept better since using this. Arrived packaged beautifully and smelt amazing. I will definitely order again.”
