“I have been using the spray for some months for leg cramps, definitely recommend 100%. My sleep pattern has improved tremendously and the leg cramps at night are now a thing of the past. Thankyou.”

“I have been using this magnesium spray for some time and find it excellent at relieving damaged nerve pain in my leg. I am also sleeping a lot better and am so greateful for this. The Travel Pack was a bargain and the small spray will do for travels to the US later this year. Everything comes beautifully wrapped and delivered in good time. Highly recommend Harrogate Organics.”

“I came across magnesium spray when I was recovering from two years of sciatica - I was left with damaged nerves in my left leg. This has been a godsend, not only does it keep the pain at bay, it also helps with a good nights sleep. I would not be without it now and I highly recommend it. The is the best spray I have found, no greasy residue and absorbs straight into the affected areas.”
