“This is at the top end of daily sauce for me. It's a little more spicy than the Los Calientes Rojo, with a really great flavor. It's a little fruity and a lot tasty.”

“This sauce is strange in a very good way. When you first try it seems like its gong to blow your socks off but then it mellows out and give you some delightful flavors. This is no doubt a go to when I need a good spice without the karate kick to the senses.”

“It is a very natural ingredient sauce. Chunks of what ever pepper and fruit in it. It kind of has an alcoholic/fermented after taste that I don't like very much. It reminds me of the taste of wine. If you like wine you'll have no problem with this sauce. Its spiciness is just right. It lingers but not too badly.”

“This sauce is so delicious! While I primarily use this on wings, I can see it going on so much more where you want to add some fruity Caribbean flavors. It's perfectly balanced and the spice doesn't linger very long, which makes you go back for more.”
