“I love this sauce! Just enough vinegar, nice heat, wonderful fruity Caribbean flavor. Especially outstanding on seafood - broiled scallops, fish tacos, you name it. Do yourself a favor and make hollandaise sauce with Tears of the Sun Private Reserve served over grilled salmon and cilantro rice. You won't be sorry!”

“Received this one in my subscription box and I'm glad I did. It's definitely a new favorite of mine. For a ghost pepper sauce I was hoping for it to be a bit more spicy, but I wasn't disappointed with the heat that came with this one. There was a perfect amount of sweetness that brought it all together. I honestly believe this is good to start with if you're a bit nervous messing with a ghost pepper sauce.”

“This is one of the most flavorful hot sauces I've EVER tasted. First it kicks you in the mouth with a little burn, and then all the sweetness kicks in, followed by a sweet burn that builds in the back of your mouth. I like to mix it with the Los Cal Rojo for tacos, nachos, and the sweetness pairs well with pork. Forget Frank's, put this sh*t on everything.”

“This is a new favorite in our house! Perfect blend of sweet and heat, even my wife who isn't big on spicy, has been putting this on everything! Definitely recommend this to anyone nervous about the higher scoville rating, the sweet fruit hints balance it out perfectly!”
