“Great flavor easy to pair with foods.personally use on Dan Dan noodles the most. Numbing tingling sensation from peppercorn follow by a good kick from the ghost pepper.”

“Rich, peppery, somewhat tangy, savory sauce. The onset of heat is slow and it builds over a few minutes, so mind your pacing! Every food I've tried Heatonist #1 with that also uses a good amount of olive oil or is Mediterranean has been great with the sauce. I first tried this on chicken wings and actually didn't like it. I tried it with hummus and loved it. Since, I've tried it on pastas, casseroles, tabbouleh, pizza, meatballs, Chinese foods, and all have been pretty good pairings.”
