“Guess I learned I'm a wimp. This is ridiculous. No clue how anyone could put this on anything & still taste the food. I've enjoyed stuff rated up to a 7. But this was a total waste.”

“Way too much olive oil in this, my first thought was that it tastes like Italian food. It’s a bit warm but very short lived, I didn’t get much of the citrus numbing flavor from the sichuan peppercorns. It turned solid in the fridge due to how much oil is in there, I guess I’m just going to throw it away.”

Hello! Checking to see if you gave the sauce a good shake. Sometimes that helps with distributing the oil and flavors.

“Pretty good, very spicy. The sichuan definitely comes through. Reminiscent of sichuan green beans or something of the sorts. Seems like a really good add to asian cuisine. It has a wax seal on it so dont be alarmed (i was lmao), the wax seal is on all the Dawnson hot sauces. A little annoying to remove. I give 4 stars cuz it says refrigerate but it turns solid in the fridge which is inconvenient when trying to use on a whim. Also gave 4 stars cuz while it's really good, it's not as good as the best ones I've had thus far. (my favorites so far are 'black garlic peri peri', 'ASSAM- clark hopkins', 'Djablo-power jab', 'Los Calientes - Barbacoa' and 'The Last Dab- XXX' )”

“This is a really amazing sauce. Amazing flavor and goes so well with asian food. My favorite so far is with curry dishes. That being said, it is so extremely hot. I am more of a medium guy and can barely handle this unless I dilute it a lot. That isn't a negative as long as you are aware of it haha”
