“Decent bold heat but overall flavor did not taste that great. Wasn't very "floral", more peppery with slow and medium level burn.”

“Reading earlier reviews, there seems to have been an issue with batch-to-bach consistency. The bottle I got has no date or batch number on the label, just some unintelligible code, printed on the glass, that's informative only to the makers. Color is brown, rather than the green illustrated. It turns to a thick paste on refrigeration - probably due to the use of olive oil as a base - but reverts to a pourable sauce as it warms up to room temp. It contains no vinegar, so you probably should keep it refrigerated, which presents a bit of an inconvenience. I think I'm going to let it melt, and transfer it to a small jar.”

“I use it most mornings, just a thin spread on a warm tortilla with my sausage & eggs. Taste is great, heat is powerful! My only complaint is that this is more of a paste than a sauce - there's no way to get it out of the bottle without a tool of some sort. A chopstick works well enough, since you don't need a whole lot anyhow, but it really should be made thinner, or else put up in a wide-mouth jar.”

“This sauce has a different but very good interesting flavor the only reason I gave it three stars is because of the oily content that stays on top plus after being in the fridge a few days it got really thick”
