It's definitely hot! If you want to cut the heat a little, I suggest mixing it with a milder sauce like Karma's Cosmic Dumpling or Heatonist #5! :-)

“Overall a great sauce. Quite hot for my regular use as a condiment with tacos, wings, etc., but a small amount diluted into chili or other dishes seems to be just right. Lots of flavors as well, all mingling together; there's hints of garlic, fruitiness, smoke, and ginger.”

“Decent ...but not mind blowing. Not enough of the other flavors come through. I wish there was more of a citric kick or lemongrass flavor. I like the heat level. Quite hot, and the heat lingers for quite a while”

“Okay this is a very unique and strong hot sauce. It has a great burn and a great flavor. It dilutes very nicely into food. Just a couple drops yields amazing flavor across the meal and a pleasant burn. I’m quickly finding myself going through this bottle faster than anything else in my fridge m”

“It's not bland but I would ALMOST categorize this as a salad hot sauce. I tried to pair it with everything under the sun and it definitely helped spruce up my salad lol. It's also a good Marinade sauce I feel.”

“Finally tried this yesterday and it is terrific! The spice heat hits immediately (peppercorn) and lasts for a good while (ghost). The flavor is strong and definitely adds to the food flavor. Excellent, thank you!”
