A nice heat and a bit of numbing

This one is pretty hot. Hotter than I would like but it is really delicious. I got some curry from a place near me and it was very mild and just a few drops of this really kicked it up a notch. IT will have you sweating for sure but it dilutes really well if it's too much to handle. Absolutely amazing flavor.

I love licorice so take that into consideration when you read my review. This sauce has wonderful anise citrusy flavor and the pot peppers are prominent. Best part of all no overpowering vinegar flavor! This is my new favorite for on crispy pork belly! I am not a fan of overpowering vinegar sauces it just gross. This sauce is so good. I don’t mind a little vinegar, but I don’t want to only taste vinegar like some sauces.

Needs a very good shake every time, but when you do, it delivers flavour and heat.

Wow! This sauce is so tasty. It is at the top of my heat scale, but I find it so well rounded with the garlic and ginger notes.

This is the perfect accompaniment to spring rolls. Love the sichuan mala hot and numb going on. It has a solid kick to it. Highly recommended!

Very strong flavor and burn, manageable if you are a fan of heat. However the blend could use some improvement, the oil separates even after shaking/stiring, overall I still recommend.

I’m so sorry this one threw you for a loop. Sometimes it’s about finding the right foods to pair with the sauce. Just like fine wine, a good pairing will make the sauce shine! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
