I love the flavor and heat level of this sauce. Great on eggs, soups and chili.

When I opened the bottle it smelled delicious but I actually didn't get much heat out of it...which led me to a false sense of security. I ate a tiny amount of it and while it was delicious I didn't get much heat out of it. So I ate a bit more and then the first drop finally caught up with me. Now I love spicy food but I haven't been able to find a good sauce with a great kick until now. Only a tiny amount is needed for both the heat and the flavor. It's definitely spicy (I was sweating afterwards) but it's not the kind of heat where I want to die afterwards. Great sauce, would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for that next level.

I don't normally like hot hot sauce because there is no flavor, this flavor is outstanding.

What a great sauce. I gave it a four because I don't think it's an 'everything' sauce. I'm not even sure I should dock a star for that. I'd rather give it a 4.5 star. I take it back I'll give it a five. It's really hot. For me it's right between the Hamajang and MadDog357. I have a hard time dealing with MadDog, it tastes good for a bit and then I lose all taste in my mouth. This sauce however has a really smokey flavor and I would call it a controlled heat that gets really intense. This and Hamajang are probably my two favorite hot hot sauces I really really enjoy.

Ok, maybe I'm not using this right, but I tasted a drop of this and it was one of the most vile tasting sauces i've ever tried. It is hot however.

I grew up with Caribbean food and thought that every way you could get the sweetness of a hot chili out was done. But the ghost pepper delay along with the numbing sichuan peppers gives you time to enjoy the nuance. Do not stir fry with this indoors. Just a tip from my overzealous self. It's great with tempeh stir-fry though. Make your sauce and coat after frying the tempeh though. I've even put it plain on firm tofu and the flavors are deep. If a 10 out of 10 heat demands but doesn't break you then you know what I mean when I say this lets you know it's a berry. It's got a delicious sweetness that lingers. I'm going to add it to curries. The combination of flavors reminds me of Thai Dragon Peppers and should be a great substitute added with lemon and a touch of orange. Coconut curry maybe?

Extremely warm. Hits you immediately, when tasted alone. Both when sampled and used with food (good example: a multi-grain stir-fry) there is a smokey and round sense of this flavor. Very full, very hot, use sparingly and you'll have great cooking sauce for a long time.
