“Excellent mustard style hot sauce. Hard to tell the line between mustard and hot sauce here. Either way, it's delicious and can be used often. A nice kick but not super spicy.”

“This sauce is special. I didn't really like it at first (maybe 2-3 out of 5) but once I understood its personality, it became a favorite (a strong 5). It's a bit thin and the flavor definitely reflects the scotch bonnet pepper, so this is not a sauce to eat directly from a spoon (like Rachael Ray). The unique thing about this sauce is that it needs food ... not only that, it is very particular about the food it mixes well with. The flavor is amazing with processed meats (like a Dagwood sandwich) or hotdogs or any type of pork, and the heat is a medium slap that keeps building. With other meats, veggies, and noodles or rice I found it to be totally stand-offish ... the flavors just did not blend well, at all ... not even a fake attempt at cooperation. Just like people who have a dating 'type', this sauce does not dance with just any food, it also has a 'type'. I like the snobbish and confident nature of this sauce because, once you figure it out, it drops any resistance and delivers in a big way creating a gorgeous romp of flavor enhancement.”

“This sauce was as good as I hoped it would be. I used it almost every day in every sandwiches and with salmon. The spice level isn't overly hot but it does have a nice kick. The flavour is pretty much spot on as well. Definitely recommend.”

“I just grabbed this after seeing it on Hot Ones. I typically just go for mild buffalo sauce. This sauce is spectacular! As a dipping sauce on wings or tenders I can have about 4 flavorful bites before I tap out. It’s so fresh tasting I really love it. On the label they recommend putting it on anything that you would put mustard on I’ve recently taken to adding it to a turkey sandwich and this is really the sweet spot for me. The extra ingredients calms down the heat enough and you get to savor that flavor.”
