“I love this sauce! I use it in place of boring ol yellow mustard! Great on any meat but I prefer it with pork & chicken. Used it as a binder for fried shrimp & they were soooo good! Great flavor with the perfect amount of heat!”

“Wow... I mean wow... Kick to the face and lovely finish! Each bite has you saying wow and Mmmm. I've been looking for a good mustard sauce and this fits the bill.”

“This doesn't go on everything, but just about. You find some amazing ways to use this wonderful sauce. Great heat, not too much, but definitely present. The mustard really amps up the flavor on this sauce though. Just dip pretzels in it , dip cheese in it, so many options. Simple as that. Marinade, dab it, or drink it, it's so good.”

“Yes! So far, I have only used this is a dipping sauce but I’m also using this sparsely as it is quite precious in my home. The flavor is astounding! The heat is perfect and complimentary. I suggest using a good amount because a little dab won’t do - it’s too damned good. Definitely a repeat buy. Will I mix this with the hot honey? Now that I have thought of it, I will.”

“This tastes almost like a Chinese mustard but way more versatile. I wasn't sure that the scotch bonnet would work but it is a perfect kick. It is good on egg rolls, soft pretzels, chicken nuggets, and just about anything you would use mustard for.”

“A dab is not a good enough amount for this sauce. I put it on anything that mustard normally goes on. Absolutely delicious.”
