This is an oil-based sauce so it’s different than most other sauces, that are vinegar based, but really unique and delicious. Almost has a hint of soy sauce and smoke.

I love the garlicky taste and great versatility of this spicy oil!

Smokey flavor. Delicious. On the hotter side (for my taste), but I love it. It’s different, consistency-wise, from other hot sauces. So, shake it well to make sure you don’t end up with a mass of black pepper in the bottle once the oil is all out.

The consistency is a little thick but the flavor is smokey and has a nice burn to it. Definitely needs a really really good shake before using to mix the spices and oil together.

AMAZING. Extremely unique. I will never stop buying this sauce. It doesn’t last over a week, I currently need another bottle (my third since it showed up in my subscription box a while back) It’s so good, I put it on everything, mix it with other sauces, use it on food that you wouldn’t normally put hot sauce on. It’s the best sauce I’ve ever had. Not too hot not too mild. It’s perfect.

Has a fantastic smokey flavor and enough heat to remind you it’s a hot sauce. But the flavor is it’s hallmark. More oil based than vinegar. Particularly great on deli sandwiches.

This never really hit the spot — the flavor was too thin and the spice too much a standalone part of the experience. The flavor itself was primarily char and smoke and heat — the sauce continually separates into puddles of oil and charred bits.
