“I was excited about this sauce because I love tamarind flavored things. But all I get is the heat and none of the flavor. Even if I shake the bottle all that comes out is the oil which is unpleasantly hot”

“This is now my favorite hot sauce ever. There is a wonderful combination of sweetness, similar to honey, spices and heat. I have not found anything this is not good one yet.”

“This sauce comes with about a half inch of separated oil on the top of the product, which will NOT emulsify into the product no matter how long you shake it. Luckily this can be fixed with just a 1/4 teaspoon of food grade liquid Lecithin that you can buy from Amazon for around $14. But this is really something Cantina Royal should be doing when they make the product, which is why I knocked them down to 3 stars.”

“This sauce is a little oily, which at first I didn't enjoy; however, it works really well over fresh cooked rice. The tamarind takes it to the next level. This is now my go to when making rice dishes.”

“This is one of my favorite sauces on air fried chicken wings. It has an oil that costs the wing real nicely. The flavor is sweet and spicy. One of the most unique sauces I’ve had from here.”
