“Favorite use for this sauce is to drizzle it over guacamole. It has a super faint sweetness and a robust smokey chili flavor. The smokey flavor pairs extremely well with the cool mild flavor of avocados. The burn falls somewhere between medium and mild and will creep up on the back end.”

“I wasn't expecting much from this sauce at first. I bought it when I hosted my own Hot Ones as it was the sauce of that season. This was the second sauce we had and it was easily the best one of the lineup. This sauce pairs INCREDIBLY well with chicken. It's a different flavour than most people are used to but that's why this sauce is so good. Another point worth noting is that this sauce should not be considered mild. It is actually hotter than most sauces and it was the 6th hottest sauce of the Hot Ones lineup rather than the 2nd that it is ranked. My only complaint is that this sauce does not pair well with all foods, but I eat enough chicken that it's not a big issue.”

“After trying numerous Hot One's sauces, this is our new FAVORITE alongside the original Los Calientes. I bought two for Christmas and one bottle is already gone. We are going to stock up! We like it best on Veggie, Rice and Meat bowls. We've tried it on chicken and beef, but my favorite is seasoned chicken. It has the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and heat. If used to cook or marinade, the spiciness and heat will kick up a notch. LOVE this!”
