“Was drawn to this one because of the tamarind but unfortunately I didn't taste it. Honestly it doesn't taste like anything, just a medium/high spice level. The texture was a liquid-y mess. I understand it separates but even with a lot of shaking, it still comes out separated when you pour it.”

“This sauce is a little oily, but the flavor is AWESOME!!! Goes great on almost anything and the heat is a little sneaky, but that is what I like. Make sure and shake well.”

“It's a little sweet up front, but nicely complex and has a sneaky delayed burn that surprises in a great way. I didn't love over tacos, but straight from the bottle it's one of the best things I've put on hot wings. Agree with other reviews that that heat was higher than advertised (put this firmly in the pro column). I recently made the whole season eleven lineup, and this felt more like five than two.”

“We love this sauce! It’s hotter than you think- although it was placed in the number 2 spot in its season, it’s definitely more like a 5 or 6. The sweet tamarind, coupled with the satisfying burn, makes it a staple in our household.”

“I’ve been through 3 bottles of this hot sauce so far. I use it almost daily on one thing or the next. The flavors and heat are balanced and compliment most foods I use it on. I try to keep a backup bottle in the cabinet for when I’m running low. Just ordered 2 more bottles. I’ve also used it as a beef jerky marinade which came out awesome too.”
