“Incredible flavor on it's own but it really shines when paired with a good meat. Suggested pairing with salmon, pork or chicken. Personally I think best paired with pork. Absolutely bursting with flavor. Nice smokiness and a rich, sweet but not that "sugar" sweet, deep tamarind flavor. One of my favorite hot sauces of all time. I've tried dozens and dozens of sauces and truly this stands above the rest. Not hot but still has a little bit of a kick.”

“Got this in the January 2020 Hot Ones Subscription box and cannot speak to its sweet delicious flavor enough! I had it on chicken wings and then again on steak and it genuinely enhanced the flavor of both so much. Its not too hot, rather a subtle heat like that of a chili oil. Highly recommend.”

“Not sure if it's the Tamarind or something else, but I wasn't a big fan of this sauce. There's little to no heat to it. Not saying it's bad, just didn't appeal to me.”

“This stuff is fantastic. I used it when making some of Gordon Ramsey’s lettuce wraps and the sweetness and smokiness is unmatched. Seriously good stuff”

“This hot sauce is about as hot as "Texas Pete hotter" the flavor tho is amazing. It reminds me of a Chinese Hot wing sauce. I will defiantly buy more. goes great on sandwiches. It is oil based and needs to be shaken to mix things before you use it. Buy it and you wont regret it”
