“I got this in a fairly big batch of other sauces which made it easy for me to forget about it. I remember being put off by the amount of oil at the top, and - before opening - no amount of shaking seemed to mix the contents. Tonight I finally decided to give it a go after about 10 months of it sitting in my sauce cabinet, and I'm so glad I did. Unreal sauce. . You really need to open the bottle, close it back up, then shake before the sauce gets fully blended. There's a lot of depth here, and I think that might make the sauce seem a little less hot than it is. 3/10 seems conservative, as the heat will really stick with you long after your meal, but it's not too hot to where you won't want to eat it for most meals. I love it. So glad I got it. Had it with pork and cilantro-lime rice tonight and it killed, but it'll pretty much be great with anything.”

“Just a couple dabs of it and I am good. But it tastes so good with thai food! I love the sweet to the spicy ratio. It is yummy and I also bought it for my whole family. I also eat it with my Italian food. The spiciest 3rd hot sauce tho. I am not a hot sauce person but this one is worth it. I love the taste of it.”

“Hotter than expected but deliciously complex and sweet. This is a very oily sauce and needs vigorous shaking to emulsify.”
