I really like the smokie flavor. The heat is nice, probably about a 3. It may be better as a marinade, just because it separates A LOT! You have to vigorously shake and it still comes out mostly liquid because it separates so fast.

Thanks for the feedback! It *IS* a bit of a work out to keep all the flavor from settling but hopefully worth it in the long run :)

I love finding a sauce that combines exceptional flavor with a hearty (but bearable) punch, and I have never met one that hit that sweet spot more perfectly than Cantina Royal's Tamaulipeka! Seriously, this stuff is addictive. I simply can't get enough (I'm on my sixth bottle in as many months). The sweet tamarind and smoky chile flavor is magically blended with a lovely burn that sensually embraces your mouth hole like a passionate kiss. I use Tamaulipeka on everything: eggs, burritos, sandwiches, hot wings, dipping sauce, curries, rice... I'm still discovering all the wonderful ways I can incorporate this into my meals! Bravo to Cantina Royal for creating what just might be the perfect hot sauce!

came separated with oil on top and thick sauce on bottom, no matter how must i shake it will not mix, not like tamarind from humble house. Also seems hotter than the 3/10 it shows.

This one is definitely a little spicy, not your usual sauce. But I love the tamarind kick it has. Very unique!

This is my least favorite hot sauce that I have tried. It is extremely oily and had a funny taste. The 3/10 heat level is overrated. It tasted like a 2/10.
