“I've been looking for a smoky bourbon sauce for steak; this could be it! Reaper heat right up front, but there's lots of flavor, too. The bourbon is there, with a little smoke and a surprising amount of sweetness and onion notes. A fairly thick sauce (but very pourable); not too much vinegar. Think of a hot A-1 sauce with more sweetness and less tang. Would certainly buy again (more complex flavor, less vinegar, than Marshall's Whiskey Smoked Ghost).”

“It was actually an amazing taste and the heat was perfect to cover my brisket and smoke it for 8hrs and come out with an amazing taste!”

“Tabasco consistency, flavor is fine. 1 star because season 23 pack is so good. This one is definitely hot, but it is the worst of the hot ones. The maple bourbon flavor is very confused. It is the only season 23 sauce I'd never buy again.”

“It's has a good taste, but the heat is really present. In my opinion, I feel that the heat overpowers the taste.”
