“...but overall, no, this is not for everyone. People familiar with the taste of scorpion pepper will be able to identify this sauce with just their nose, it looks, smells, tastes and feels like scorpion pepper! And boy do I love that taste, it's what gives for example the Hellfire Fiery Fool it's sweet teint. Yet, a lot of people will pick any other sauce in this heatness category over the Eye, cause for them it's just too much scorpion and nothing else.”

“This sauce showcases how delicious scorpion peppers are. My favorite pepper. It has a complex and dynamic flavor. Barely sweet, a little floral/citrus, a little acidic, nice and sharp, good punch of flavor, and complements a wide array of dishes. If you can tolerate the heat, which I'd say is about 8/10, you should love it.”

“The flavor was okay once I got past the stinging on my tongue. The smell is something else to be desired I couldn't get past that. I use it on chicken wings just like y'all but mostly put this ingredient in another bottle because my son-in-law always likes to eat up all my hot sauce I figured this will teach him lol”

“When you take the cap off the bottle. you smell --SMOKE. When you taste the sauce, you taste- FLOWERS. When you feel the burn come, you feel - LAVA. The Scorpion pepper may have come from Trinidad, but the flavor makes you think of Maui. Lilac, Gardenia and Orchid with the BBQ and volcanic heat, Eye Of The Scorpion is a Tropical Getaway in a bottle! Where's my Mai-Tai?!”

“This stuff is extremely hot and has a really different, sharp flavor. I can see why some would shy away but it's a darn good sauce.”
