Its very hot, and seemed one note till we used it on hot wings. There it has great flavor and as everyone says is still very hot. Glad I found a great use for it, had thought it was a bust.

It is just hot, hot for days. The smell is hot, the flavor is hotter than that. I have used it to cook with and it has value in bringing up the heat level of any dish during that process. It is described as floral, but that flower is made of actual scorpions.

Got one from my local hot sauce store, in Canada nearly cost me 40$. Price aside it is a nice sauce, decently hot, has a weird sweetness to its heat, I’m happy with the product as someone who comes from Trinidad.

Dont buy this for flavor. it’s OK. just a hot pepper taste. Buy this because it is balanced and really hot. Definitely in the top 5% of the hottest.

Now, I fully admit that I don't have a super-duper-heat tolerance. I'm not part bird. I know others will try this and say it's not hot. That's fine. The 1-star review isn't because "super-hot hot sauce was too hot." That would be silly. The 1-star is because heat seems to be all that there was. At least, that's all I got. Sour/bitter vinegar start and then right in with the heat, with nothing to really enjoy or evaluate in-between.

This sauce is really hot but I got no enjoyment out of it because it was also tasteless. It was torture. With that said, you can mix it with a tasty bbq sauce to give it some kick without any additional flavor added. So not completely useless.

The flavor is sharp, not bitter. An apt comparison is sharp cheddar cheese vs. mild cheddar cheese. If you (as I do) like the basic flavor of Capsicum Chinense peppers (habanero, 7-pot, Scotch bonnet, etc), then you will like this sauce. Side note: It is hotter than The Last Dab. Only by a little, but still hotter. I'm not sure how they're determining heat levels.
