“I prefer my hot sauces spicier but the flavor of the Anejo Red is like no other sauce. If it was as spicy as the Anejo Green it would be the perfect hot sauce.”

“This is a real nice sauce with some nice flavors, you definitely get smokey, chocolate cumin type thing. The heat is medium for me but does have a nice long burn. Last thing, you don't get much for your money, a scant 5 OZ on this one.”

“Wow! Fantastic flavor! They need to put this into larger bottles please. It’s so simple so smoky so good, not too hot, could be a little spicier but absolutely delicious flavor.”

“This sauce is all about the flavor. So smoky! It's definitely not a sauce for those who like it super-hot, as I do, but when you just want some good ole flavor that anyone can enjoy, this is the go-to sauce.”

“This is my favorite sauce of all I have. It's spicy so you know it's there, but won't burn. It's smoky in just the right ways. Not smoky like it was burned, not smoky like someone added smoke flavor. Smoky like someone actually smoked these peppers on a grill. The vinegar is there, but it doesn't dominate. There is a tiny bit of sweetness, but it does not take over. This is still a bold and smoky sauce with a small amount of heat. I like it on chicken, eggs, hot dogs, and many other ways. I'm going to start buying this two bottles at a time. It's a winner!”

“This one grew on me, and have reached the top-3 of the hot sauces I've tried so far. Delicious hot pepper, and is exceptionally good on both pork and chicken.”

“My absolute favorite even when I have many options from Heatonist. I limit my sugar intake so I'm always keeping an eye on the ingredient list. This sauce uses zero sweetener yet has a thick sauce texture that I've not been able to find in non-sweetened sauces. The flavor is unique and tangy. I plan to buy these for family members (because it's not insanely hot) and get them all hooked . I highly recommend the Anejo Verde as well.”

“Deeply smoky which is wonderful, but also has a punch of vinegar and garlic taste that, although good, isn't my preference. So if you're not a fan of garlicky flavors, may not be the best sauce for you.”
