“Flavor is bright, light, and a watermelon, very complex. Delicious and hot, but not too hot. I really like this sauce on eggs and veggie chicken nuggets. A bottle only lasts a few weeks at most. “This is an amazing sauce. It’s got the right amount of bite to offset the sweetness and like hamajang sauce, just a little is enough to add a ton of flavor and heat. It’s great on just about everything, but a really like this one one burgers and stir fry. I just wish it came in a larger bottle. You really can’t go wrong with any of Adobolocos sauces.”

“I use this sauce as my Tabasco replacement with nice clean heat. I know many people are not fans of the scorpion pepper but it combined with the quality vinegar creates an almost fermented taste that really adds brightness, heat, and complexity to nearly any dish.”

“While the sauce tastes good I mainly bought it to make food spicy! Sometimes you need to add mostly heat and this brings it. For example, a Bloody Mary or any sauce that isn't spicy enough.”
