“This is the new Tabasco sauce in my house! It has more heat and flavor, and provides that nice vinegar tang that you want if you are reaching for Tabasco in the first place. It's a thin but potent sauce, so maybe start with 3 shakes and see how you feel. I added a few drops (and extra garlic) to my seasoning mix for some homemade chex mix and it was awesome!”

“Friend of mine had this and we tried it on some wings. This sauce tastes like battery acid. It's hot, but you can get that in sauces with a flavor that's enjoyable. Easily the worst (and really, the only bad sauce) I've had off this site.”

Bummer to hear this, Craig! If you want to get a little more use out of it I would suggest mixing it in with butter to create a good buffalo sauce OR mixing the sauce into other sauces, not using it on its own!
