“There's 4 ingredients in this sauce. Vinegar, salt, and garlic certainly aren't exclusive to Hawaii. The peppers are from Trinidad. It's literally in the name. So... what makes this sauce Hawaiian or makes someone think of the Hawaiian isles in any way? And Trinidad Scorpions are pretty straightforward in terms of flavor. I tried this sauce and all I got was Apple Cider Vinegar and then Heat. There wasn't much else going on. I'm ok with super-hot sauces, but gimme something to actually go on besides the flavors of "Vinegar" and "Hot." At the price point, I would love to get a much more complex flavor. Or, if all I'm going to get is "Vinegar" and "Heat," I can grab other sauces that are cheaper and scratch that same itch. I just really don't understand this one.”

“If you love spicy this is the sauce for you. I would call this sauce a "hot medium" but the flavor profile makes it a great match for chili, eggs, pizza, bbq, soups, sandwiches....really anything you find. It's hot....and if you're not really into spicy things it would register as "really" hot but the flavor is so well done...I'm excited to get more of it.”
