“This sauce is awesome. It has a unique flavor that reminds me of some of the better Indian curries I've had. It is very thin so it's easy to overpour, but luckily mild enough that doing so won't hurt. The texture is a tad grainy as well, but not horribly. In a stroke of genius we added this to some steamed clams with a bit of clarified butter, and it was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had.”
