“So, this is a second bottle review, because I gave it 4 stars the first time, and am returning to give it 5. It continued to grow on me, and as a super fresh, goes-on-everything, perfect heat level sauce, it just continues to impress. Not for ginger haters, but definitely for everyone else!”

“Much of my hot sauce use is to dip veggies (baby carrots, mostly). This sauce isn't good for that. It's got decent heat, but I find the flavor to have too much citrus. It's also a bit thin in terms of consistency. I can imagine this stuff pairs well with wings and acts well as a marinade, but as a standalone sauce, I didn't enjoy it as much as other purchases.”

“I have probably tried 40 different hot sauces over the last 10 years. Surprisingly the ones everyone know about (Tabasco, El Yucateco) are some of the best. I guess they are popular for a reason. But this scotch bonnet ginger sauce has been a delightful find. It's so friggin' good. It's got the loving embrace of Ginger (mom) and the butt kick of the scotch bonnet (dad).”
