“I'm a big fan of ginger and this sauce packs a great ginger flavor with the heat of scotch bonnet peppers. This sauce goes great on everything: chicken, pork, beef, sandwiches, fish tacos, you name it!”

“I wasn't sure how this would be, and I LOVED it! The perfect amount of savory and heat. The ginger gives it a subtle sweetness. It's nice and thick...I just love it, plus beautiful bottle art!”

“Its the liberal note of ginger that makes this so dang good. There could even be more ginger, but many brands advertise and dont deliver. The heat is actually pretty reasonable when used to flavor, doesnt burn for hrs, but instead finishes with the sustain of a hoppy beer or nice whiskey. If you have a liberal serving it can get pretty hot, cumulatively. Im addicted, and go thru a bottle a month.”
