“Really enjoy the combination of flavors. I get the Serrano + ginger + cilantro + lemongrass flavors the most. The Carolina Reaper is balanced to a nice medium kick. Shelf-stable so doesn't take fridge space.”

“I live in Colorado and work in Boulder so I’m familiar with this hot sauce company. I was super excited to see it on hot ones so cool way to represent CO. Anyway I like deep flavorful curries especially a good Thai green curry. But I thought this sauce could have used more punch it had light notes of lime jalapeño cilantro but I felt I had to put alot on to really get that Thai curry flavor it had heat but ya it was good but lacked the push I was looking for.”

“My wife bought me this sauce for Christmas last year, along with several others. It became an instant hit with me. It's got a citrus bite which permeates the intense (but easily manageable) heat of the green Reaper and serrano peppers. Skillfully added cilantro and cumin mean that this sauce goes really well with many world cuisines (Mexican, Indian, Southeast Asian). Flavor combinations are fairly unique, as far as hot sauces go. Will buy again.”

“So, I like this sauce, but I think it would only work on asian dishes....probably the lemongrass pushing my brain to that flavor profile. Its good though, and if I find something to put it on that blends well, the bottle will empty quick.”
