Super flavorful. Also not a thick sauce really runny. Like a Tabasco.

This has been my go-to sauce. I love it with burritos and sandwiches.

This is the second time we've purchased this one, the flavor is really light and it's just the right level of spice to pair well with a lot of different foods

I tend to prefer a sauce of medium consistency, and this one runs a little thin. However, the incredible flavor really makes up for it. I use it on eggs and chicken primarily, but both my heat-averse wife and I have been putting it on many other things with good results. Definitely recommend as a jack-of-all-trades sort of sauce.

I'm actually disappointed with this sauce. The ingredients seem super interesting, and I was looking forward to trying it, but it fails the American cheese test (every good hot sauce tastes good on a slice of American cheese, preferably the large generic pack at Sam's Club). The flavor profile of this sauce is a bit strange, there are some really good notes there, but the overall flavor is ruined by something. My guess is it's probably the sole use of ACV instead at least some regular vinegar. I've found ACV has an overly powerful flavor that isn't necessarily pleasant and needs to be tempered by a larger percentage of regular vinegar than the ACV. This sauce isn't necessarily bad, I just can't find a food that it goes well with.

It's tangy and a little sweet. Not too spicy. A little spicier than some Tabasco, yet great flavor to it. Great for eggs or add to a sandwich.

I like the flavor of this sauce just fine, not much heat though. But it is very chunky and full of bits you end up biting into and get stuck in your teeth. Not a fan! I like smooth sauces, so can’t get past the weird texture of this one. If you strain it to get out all the seeds and bits, then it’s yummy.

Hi Jesse, Thanks for reaching out and for the feedback! Sometimes the sauce needs a good shake to get a smoother texture. Stay spicy, Sarita
