The Protect My Order charge can be removed at the checkout, we do have an article on our website about this charge. I have gone ahead and refunded the charge for you, the funds should be back within 2-4 working days.

The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. It provides third party protection from a third party company, who can step in if a delivery dispute cannot be resolved.
I have now issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days depending on your bank.
