Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about this. The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. I have now issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days depending on your bank. Proctect from what? Never seen this add on before. I missed it when ordering other wise I would have said no to paying £1.09! Don't irritate the customer.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are not happy with the charge. This can be removed at the checkout btu it can be missed. The charge is additional protection from a third party in case of any loss or damage in transit. Lots of retailers are using this company, it isn't something just used by us. I have no idea why this was added to my initial bill. I was unable to remove it. I have no idea how my order is protected. I haven't seen the benefit of it and I am without my purchased item which is stuck in transit. I have paid for my item but don't have it. Hollands Clothing are being very slow to rectify the issue.

Haven't a clue what Protect My Order was. Not explained, just added to Bill and couldn't remove it

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that you have had an issue with your order. The ProtectMyOrder offers protection on your order via a third party for any loss or damage in transit. The charge can be removed at the checkout before you go through to pay. We have a link to a "learn more" section as well if you are unsure if this is wanted on the order but it can be missed.
