The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. I have now issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days depending on your bank.

The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. It is coverage and protection for delivery related issues by a third party company. They are there own company that a lot of other retailers are now using.
This charge can be removed at the checkout but it can be easy to miss. We can see you cancelled your order, but are more than happy to refund this charge for future orders.
