Haven't a clue what Protect My Order was. Not explained, just added to Bill and couldn't remove it

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that you have had an issue with your order. The ProtectMyOrder offers protection on your order via a third party for any loss or damage in transit. The charge can be removed at the checkout before you go through to pay. We have a link to a "learn more" section as well if you are unsure if this is wanted on the order but it can be missed. I have issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. Kind regards, Hollands

This is the first time I have seen or used Protect My Order. I thought it worthwhile for an investment pair of leather walking shoes. It took any stress away from worrying about delivery.
