“I am sorry to give you a bad rating but I never received the package unitl now and I undersand today this package is lost and nobody now where it is.
For your information, I already sent you an email about this issue.
I have also requested local transporter and they said there is any trace of my package.
I will foward to you the offical answer from local tansporter and I hope you could find a solution for me (refound or something else)..
