“First of all. It took over a month for these to arrive to my house. I was so upset. I ordered them for an event and they were not there in time. No one reached out to me to let me know my date was moved and when I reached out the delivery date kept getting pushed back. They finally got there and guess what! These did not match my hair color at all. I opened them completely because I was hopeful that if I put them all the way in my hair I could make them blend and they looked awful. I now can not return them and am stuck with hair extensions I do not use. I am so distraught and wish I could return them.”
